Trust
One of the key factors when appointing a designer is trust. You will be working closely with a designer on a project and more often than not working under pressure to achieve tight deadlines. With this in mind DRGD tells it how it is. If something isn't possible I will never tell you it is. I believe that it is vital to keep my clients in the loop and up-to-date with all the information they need. DRGD wants you to feel comfortable approaching your designer who will always do his best to ensure you feel happy and confident in the work that's produced.
Relationship
DRGD feels that it's very important that when we work on a project we work closely to achieve the right solution for your company. DRGD is not the kind of business that thinks it always knows best. At the end of the day nobody knows your business better than you. With this in mind, I always takes on board any comments or concerns that my clients raise, my opinion is voiced but never forced, because that's not what you're paying for.
Communication
Are you fed up from being passed from pillar to post? At DRGD you will work with one person. I will be responsible for guiding you through the project from initial briefing through to delivery of the final project. This single point of communication means that you will get the answers you need from the person who knows the facts, your designer.
Charges
On completion of a project, you will receive an invoice for the services rendered. This amount will usually be agreed upon before the project commences. For larger ongoing projects you will receive regular updates to be kept informed of how much you will be charged. DRGD doesn't like surprises and we know our clients don't either.
