Spire Homes
About the client: Spire Homes (formerly East Northamptonshire Housing) was formed in 2001 to receive the transfer of housing from East Northamptonshire Council. They manage approximately 4,400 homes throughout the district and are providers of affordable new homes for rent and shared ownership.
Design requirements: To design a series of materials to help promote and increase awareness of both Spire Homes services and brand. Here are a small selection of the materials produced which also include pop-up exhibition banners, posters, information leaflets, fridge magnets, advertisments and calendars.
Creative response: Each project is assessed on its own objectives. The newsletter was designed to be aimed at Spire Homes tenants, with this in mind the design is bright and colourful and features news and articles by tenants for tenants. The posters are designed to get a message across as quickly as possible and to help promote the improvements that have been made over the past 12 months. Also shown above is the 2008 Calendar which is produced annually to inform tenants of up and coming events and also a small reminder to help inform them of ways in which they can do their part to save the environment.
