As I get to know you, I get a feel for your business, how you work, what works in your industry/ sector, what doesn’t. I get to know your business’ strengths and values and this will influence the creative work I do for you. As you get to know me, you will see you can trust me to deliver what I promise. You will realise that I don’t say something is possible if it isn’t, simply to win business. You will also see that I care passionately about doing a good job. You are important to me and I want to work hard to maintain a great working relationship.
You don’t have to deal with a middleman...
I don’t employ Account Handlers to deal with enquiries, pass on messages or attend meetings on my behalf. You will deal with me direct on the phone, via email, face to face, however you want to communicate. When you give me a brief, my brain is already forming ideas as we speak, I can clarify anything immediately with you and go away with a good understanding of what you want to achieve. This is often not the case when dealing with an Account Handler. Messages get lost in translation, time is wasted and you can be left feeling unhappy and frustrated.
I’m cheaper...
It is true that you get what you pay for. By dealing direct with me, you only have to pay for me, not a fancy office, a receptionist, numerous suited and booted Account Handlers... You get the same high quality, experienced designer that used to sit in the back office of the expensive agency for much less money.
